The 2nd Annual Indigenous Men’s Health Conference will be held at the Headquarters of Utah Navajo Health System.

This central location provides convenient access for attendees from across South Eastern Utah. The Montezuma Creek Community Health Center is a comprehensive healthcare facility that has served the community for many years. UNHS operates five clinics throughout South Eastern Utah, offering a wide range of services including community health, behavioral health, dental care, emergency medical services, women’s shelters, and more.

Getting There

The clinic is located at 1478 East Highway 162 Montezuma Creek, UT 84534. We will be hosting our event inside the North and South Conference Rooms.

• The clinic will be Open to the public. Please park in designated areas.
• Speakers and vendors will have designated parking.
