By accepting the terms and conditions you agree to the following:

1. If I do not attend the event by 10:00 am, my seat will be given to someone in the overflow registration.
2. If I know I won’t be attending, I’ll call or email the organizer to delete my registration.
3. This event will be broadcast live and recorded. I give consent to display my face in the video.
4. This event will have a photographer onsite taking pictures for marketing purposes. I give consent to display my face in any marketing ads or website due to the conference.
5. If I do not agree to have my face recorded or photographed, I will fill out a no-consent form at registration.
6. I will be courteous to others and not use the empty chairs to store my belongings.
7. If I am considered rude or belligerent to others or staff members, I will forfeit my seat and be asked to leave.
8. I agree not to have any alcohol or substances that will make me impaired at this event. Otherwise, I will be asked to leave.
